Premium service fees are clearly displayed before purchase. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Refunds may be available according to our refund policy, which is available upon request.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information to our Service or to government agencies
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Providing false information to government agencies is a federal offense and may result in denial of benefits, requirement to repay benefits, fines, and/or criminal prosecution.

BenefitNow AI relies on the information you provide to generate estimates and recommendations. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate information you submit.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of BenefitNow AI or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE APPROVAL OF ANY GOVERNMENT BENEFITS APPLICATION. ELIGIBILITY ESTIMATES ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE A PROMISE OR GUARANTEE OF BENEFITS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BENEFITNOW AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BenefitNow AI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the application settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
